PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products for sale on www.shopinlondon.it are subject to availability; if for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled owing to lack of stock, you will be advised by email.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Every product is sold subject to the product description and supporting information such as size, colour, estimated delivery dates and guarantees. All sizes are in UK standard sizes ( see the Size guide for help)

We make every effort to ensure that the product colour is as accurate as possible, but the colours shown may vary depending upon the setting of your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour shown will accurately reflect the colour upon delivery. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all of the product details, descriptions and prices are correct at the time when the information is uploaded onto the website.

PRICES
All prices are indicated in Euro, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges and possible customs charges.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice and/or for special promotions.

CONTRACT
When you place an order with www.shopinlondon.it we will send you an order confirmation and email receipt of your order containing all of the details of your order. This is NOT an acceptance by us of your order but confirmation of receipt of your offer to us to purchase products. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we despatch your order.
You will be charged and we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non acceptance of an order may be as a result of one of the following: the product ordered being out of stock; our inability to obtain the authorization of payment; the identification of an error within the product information, including price and promotion; you not meeting the eligibility to order as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

We will do our best to inform you of any lack of availability.

Each order is considered settled once we give the items to the courier for delivery.

PAYMENTS AND METHODS
Payments can be done in two ways:
1) Paypal (recommended) : through your Paypal account you can pay quickly and safer, without additional costs. As an electronic payment, the transaction is done instantly. You just have to insert our email : info@shopinlondon.it with the order number and we will receive the payment immediately. Once we received the payment, the order will be dispatched in one working day.
2) Bank Transfer : You can also pay by bank transfer ; this method is slower than the previous one depending on the bank and on the country. Once the payment is in our company account ( it can takes up to 15 days),the order will be dispatched in one working day.

DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to deliver the Goods within the indicative timescales shown on Our Website.
However time is not of the essence for delivery or performance which means that We will not be responsible if Goods are delivered outside those times and We will not be liable for the consequences of any delay. If We are unable to deliver the Goods within the indicated timescale, We shall use reasonable efforts to tell You this by e-mail .
We will not be liable for the consequences of any delay.
If Goods are out of stock then We will let you know by e-mail and let You know if any alternatives are available.
Ownership of the goods will pass to You once We receive full payment including delivery charges.
The Goods will be at Your risk from the time of delivery and You should therefore take reasonable care of them.
Goods will be delivered to the address which You provide in the order process however delivery practices may vary depending on which carrier is delivering the Goods. You must provide a valid address for delivery. The delivery method which We use may vary depending on the nature and number of the Goods. We shall select what We think is the most appropriate delivery method for the Goods.

Shipments are done through Air Mail and deliveries can be made worldwide.
Italy - Free Delivery 
Rest of Europe - Shipping costs 15 € by registered mail
Rest of World - Shipping costs 20 € by registered mail 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You can cancel this contract if you decide to do so no more than ten working days after receipt of the products and you must before inform us by writing at info@shopinlondon.it

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered, you can return the items and then we will give you a refund ( delivery charges excluded) provided that you return it to us within 10 days of receipt and in a re-salable condition, i.e. in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with its original label.

ALL RETURNS HAVE TO BE PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED AND AUTHORIZED BY SHOP IN LONDON 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-salable condition. You have to inform us before you send us a return.
We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us excepted any delivery and customs charges.
Following receipt by Shop in London , it may take up to fifteen working days to credit the purchaser’s account.

All intellectual property rights, trademarks and copyright for all material on the website are owned or licensed by Shop in London. You may use any of this information for your personal use only.
